Date/Time: March 7, 2020; Saturday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Expressive Portraiture is designed to tap into each students unique artistic vision by giving practical advice and time tested techniques while working from a live model. Mark will take the students on a complete journey from lighting the model to putting the final sparkle in the eye. The focus will be on teaching students how to see and capture the character of the model through the use of line, mass, color, and value, by trusting their inner voice. Tons of demos and hands on instruction will happen throughout the day. The class is open to oil and acrylic painters of all levels.
