Gentle yoga practice followed with mindful painting, creating a Mandala painting. A Mandala is a circular personal representation of the universe. Emphasis on creating what is in your heart. There will be a break for lunch.
I have been teaching since I was 16, beginning with teaching swimming lessons and then earning degrees in teaching physical education, health education, and art education and spending over twenty years teaching all of those subjects. When I retired from teaching, I enrolled in yoga teacher training and earned my 200 RYT in 2018. Lately, I have been integrating teaching yoga and art into these wonderful Art & Yoga Workshops.
