The session is one hour long, with extra time afterward to socialize and learn more about Frank and his inspiring work in rhythm and music.

Frank is a professional drum circle facilitator, motivational speaker, and founder of the Arizona Rhythm Connection (AZRC). With over 25 years of experience facilitating rhythm for both corporate and recreational events, Frank has a gift for creating fun, interactive experiences that connect people through music.
