Jay Allan - Singer / Songwriter

 

 

Jay Allan is a Phoenix based singer/songwriter/musical instrument maker. Jay is continuously getting back to his roots. Whether they be musical, family, friends or that of his own adventurous heart and soul, Jay's roots are what have brought him to where he is today.

Jay has been performing music for his "Friendly Friends" for nearly 20 years and has made music his sole profession for the past 12. He has produced an impressive eight albums, multiple singles (and counting) with different musical projects, and performed countless shows and tours (local, national and international) including sharing the stage with some of his musical influences.

He will treat us to a couple of songs he's written and describe his creative process, often taking queues or directly requesting audience participation.

With his father, he will describe how he now makes instruments that are used for his performances.
