Instructor Biography:

Beth's career of teaching painting to adults began when she lived at Terravita, over 20 years ago. She enjoys sharing her love of painting in the classroom, with fun and enthusiasm. Knowing that she always wanted to be an artist, she studied painting in college, earning her BA in Art from Bethany College. Her own career as a professional artist has spanned decades, and her work can be seen at her Studio by appointment, Hidden in the Hills Studio Tour, and Celebration of Fine Art. Beth was voted "Best Artist" in Phoenix Home & Garden's inaugural Readers' Choice Awards, has exhibited at "Cowgirl Up!" and "Flower Power" exhibits at Desert Caballeros Western Museum, Scottsdale's May Clinic, and has work in dozens of corporate and private collections. She is also a juried member of the Women Artists of The West, Sonoran Arts League, and an industry partner of American Society of Interior Designers.
